Subcontractor is qualified to perform the scope of work as outlined, the subcontractor must have the following qualifications:

Subcontractor shall have minimum of 10 years of EQuIS platform experience including experience creating and configuring complex EQuIS Collect Templates using complex coding languages including JSON and SQL, creating custom Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) formats, forms, and associated interfaces.
Subcontractor shall have experience with Microsoft SQL Report Builder to build Report Definition Language (RDL) reports in EQuIS and report configuration using RDL and SQL. * Subcontractor shall have experience in Macro Enable Excel Templates to create EQuIS Reports. * Subcontractor shall have demonstrated experience at a government facility, working with multiple clients and stakeholders in an operational environment.
