Job description
As a Senior Implementation Analyst, you will independently plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects that deliver output solutions for our clients. You will partner closely with clients, Client Services, Technical teams, the Production Floor, and Project Managers to analyze complex requirements, configure solutions, and lead testing activities. Your work ensures that solutions are deployed effectively to meet client needs and optimize business processes.
What you'll do:
- Independently analyze and translate complex business processes, including current-state workflows, special client requirements, data sources, processing systems, and output format requirements.
- Serve as a trusted liaison and subject matter expert for clients and internal Fiserv partners, providing consultative guidance and recommending effective, scalable integration solutions.
- Lead implementation efforts for smaller to moderately complex projects, assuming Project Manager responsibilities as needed and proactively managing scope, timelines, risks, and communications.
- Interpret and influence future-state solutions and technical specifications, ensuring requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with product, operational, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Account Management teams to guide solution design and proactively resolve issues across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Own client setup and configuration activities end to end, serving as a point of escalation for complex configuration, data mapping, or testing issues.
- Elicit, document, and validate detailed client requirements; lead internal and client testing efforts; and support deployment planning and cutover activities to ensure successful implementations.
- Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior Implementation Analysts by reviewing work products, sharing best practices, and supporting problem-solving to improve overall team quality and efficiency., * This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience performing client IT implementations or integration project work, including requirements documentation and issue resolution.
- 5+ years of experience performing in-depth analysis and testing on system configurations for technology or output solutions.
- 5+ years of experience delivering on client projects using Waterfall methodology across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- 5+ years of experience developing business process flows and contributing to technical specification documentation for technology implementations.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with external clients and cross-functional internal teams to define requirements, design integration approaches, and deliver technology-based solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience., * 4+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies in addition to Waterfall.
- Experience leading or mentoring other analysts on implementation best practices, documentation standards, and testing approaches.
- Experience with output solutions, print/statement processing, or similar production environments., You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
