Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for cybersecurity solutions

Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, feedback, and data analysis

Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products

Translate complex cybersecurity needs into clear product requirements and user stories

Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement

Monitor industry trends, threat landscape, and competitive offerings to inform product direction

Work closely with customers and stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure product-market fit

Define and track key product metrics (adoption, retention, performance, security outcomes)

Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and messaging
Requirements
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Threat Protection products. This role will focus on defining product strategy, delivering customer-centric solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to address evolving security threats. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and a track record of shipping successful products., * 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or related domains

Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., threat detection, SOC operations, identity & access management, cloud security)

Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Email security products or enterprise security platforms

Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)

Technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, or security certifications like CISSP, CEH)

Base Pay Ranges:
SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area: Base Pay Range: 187,700.00 - 275,275.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska: Base Pay Range: 151,000.00 - 221,430.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above: Base Pay Range: 137,000.00 - 200,915.00 USD
