Product Management Senior Advisor, SAP Warehouse Automation & EWM - CuraScript - Remote

• Drive Value in Warehouse Operations:
• Identify opportunities to automate warehouse workflows and improve inventory accuracy using SAP EWM.
• Develop strategies that reduce manual processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Define and Lead Business Requirements:
• Gather and document requirements for SAP EWM enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops with operations teams to align SAP capabilities with warehouse KPIs.
• Product Strategy and Execution:
• Maintain SAP EWM roadmap and oversee implementation of automation features.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for speed and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with supply chain, IT and operations teams to ensure successful deployment of SAP EWM solutions.

• High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP product management experience required; knowledge of SAP modules strongly preferred.
• Strong logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize data and simplify findings to solve business issues.
• Excellent communication skills, including group presentation experience.
• Basic financial analysis skills; experience with regulatory compliance a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in complex situations.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, SQL) is a strong plus.

Candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of an office are expected to work a hybrid schedule with three days in office.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
