Job description

We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers with strong full-stack development skills and hands-on exposure to Generative AI (LLMs). In this role, you will build AI-powered features and workflows that enhance product capabilities, improve developer productivity, and accelerate delivery. You will be working on modern platforms integrating LLMs, AI agents, and scalable backend systems. What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop AI-integrated applications and workflows
Build agent-based systems that interact with internal/external tools
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into real-world applications
Develop scalable APIs and backend services
Create responsive UI using React or Angular
Implement monitoring, observability, and reliability for AI workflows
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready features

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience with:
JavaScript / TypeScript
React or Angular
C# / .NET OR Java
Hands-on experience with:
Generative AI / LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
AI integrations (chatbots, copilots, automation tools, etc.)
Experience building and integrating APIs / microservices
Solid understanding of testing, debugging, and production systems

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI agents / agentic workflows
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
Familiarity with:
AI observability & evaluation
Guardrails and prompt optimization
Experience working in enterprise or data-sensitive environments
