Job description

The Director, Data & AI Product, Corporate Technology is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling the data and AI products that power Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Service Management, and enterprise technology performance. This leader enables IT and Technology executives to operate more efficiently, improve availability and reliability, enhance employee productivity, optimize cost, and accelerate digital transformation through data and AI-driven insights.

Reporting to the ED, Enterprise Data & AI Product, the Director owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for all Data & AI products that support global Technology & D&A functions. The role partners deeply with CIO leadership, Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Architecture, Digital Workplace, and Technology Strategy teams, ensuring every solution delivers measurable value in stability, security, experience, and operational excellence.

This leader blends strong product management experience with deep understanding of enterprise technology environments, operational processes, and the data generated across them. They must excel at stakeholder alignment, storytelling with data, and driving organizational adoption of AI-enabled tools.

Strategic Leadership & Partnership:

  • Define and own the Corporate Technology Data & AI product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned to CIO and Technology strategy.
  • Serve as the primary Data & AI partner to Technology Operations, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Management, Architecture, and Digital Workplace leaders.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of data generated across enterprise systems and tooling, including:
  • ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Monitoring/observability platforms
  • Cloud infrastructure telemetry
  • End-user computing & digital experience platforms
  • Network and security tools
  • Translate Technology strategic priorities into OKRs, performance targets, AI readiness milestones, and value realization metrics.

Long Description

Product Portfolio & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead the creation, delivery, and enhancement of Data & AI products that support enterprise Technology, including:
  • IT operational analytics & reliability intelligence
  • Predictive incident detection and automated root cause analysis
  • Infrastructure capacity forecasting & cost optimization analytics
  • Service management analytics, workflow optimization, and automation recommendations
  • Reusable reporting tooling, data products, and AI/ML services
  • Manage the global backlog and prioritization across Technology Data & AI products.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, BI & Analytics Leads, Technical Data Analysts, and Insights specialists.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Architecture, Security, and Data Governance to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant.
  • Establish processes to measure system stability improvements, automation value, incident reduction, cost optimization, and user experience gains.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

  • Act as the Data & AI representative across CIO and Technology leadership forums, guiding investment decisions and driving alignment across complex global environments.
  • Work collaboratively with Cybersecurity, Architecture, Digital Workplace, Service Management, and Operations teams to embed AI and analytics into daily workflows.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of AI-enabled Technology tools, ensuring teams are equipped, trained, and supported.
  • Advocate for ethical, responsible, and secure deployment of AI-especially in operational and security-sensitive use cases.

Governance, Operations & Performance

  • Ensure all technology-related data products adhere to enterprise data governance, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Partner with Security, Architecture, and Data Governance to ensure high-quality technology data pipelines, metadata accuracy, lineage, and access controls.
  • Deliver transparent reporting on performance, including:
  • System uptime and reliability intelligence
  • Cost optimization insights and value realization
  • Progress against roadmap and delivery milestones
  • Support the ED in evolving enterprise-wide Technology analytics and AI operating models to increase maturity, speed, and consistency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology analytics, IT operations, technology product management, or enterprise data roles.
  • Experience working with global IT organizations and leading data or AI transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success building and deploying AI- or analytics-enabled solutions in operational or technical domains.
  • Technical fluency across cloud data platforms, AI/ML foundations, monitoring systems, logs/events data, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills across CIO and Technology leadership.
  • Proficiency in Agile and product-centric delivery methodologies.
