Job description
The Digital Analyst II delivers a range of modern technology solutions while implementing best practices for key stakeholders across the company. This role is responsible for software development, product releases, engineering tasks, risk and issue management, and execution of small to medium technical, systems, or business improvement efforts.
The Digital Analyst II both leads and contributes to project software development efforts while supporting business partners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and vendor resources. This individual will lead development efforts on small to medium projects, coordinate and attend meetings as needed, and track software development action items and deliverables. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and self-initiative are critical for success.
Work schedule is between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (flexibility required based on business needs). Travel up to 10%., * Partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions that create new revenue streams or strengthen relationships with current and future customers.
- Lead and contribute to software development and product release efforts.
- Develop solutions within SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Support cloud application and infrastructure testing and development.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support test automation.
- Develop and monitor core application KPIs in Dynatrace to drive continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Develop and support web, IoT, and mobile applications using multiple technology stacks.
- Coordinate with business partners, Scrum teams, and vendor resources.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors.
- Ensure application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are followed and lessons learned are documented.
- Maintain focus on UI/UX in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support risk and issue management activities across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.
- 2+ years of direct work experience in development, analyst, or project management capacity.
- Preferred experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and supporting test automation.
- Experience with JavaScript web application frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
- Basic understanding of monitoring concepts and code analysis within the DevSecOps lifecycle.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, or other container platforms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
