Job description

A client of Insight Global is currently seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to collaboratively design and implement engineering solutions with our business leaders. This is a remote position with quarterly meetings in the Philadelphia area. This role will engage with leaders across the organization to understand the current and future technology opportunities; then propose software solution designs for feedback, and both directly and indirectly implement the solution. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation in both our current and future technology platforms., * Comprehensively and technically understand the current and future technology platform architecture including API's, cloud-based integrations, and workflow automation capabilities.

  • Engage with business leaders on the near-term and long-term business goals of our technology platforms and inform their decisions by providing multiple solutions and associated timelines, costs, and risks.
  • Directly implement automations, integrations, and workflow automations using a combination of technology platforms (examples include JavaScript and related frameworks, AWS Lambda Functions, Azure Web Functions, PowerAutomate, SQL Queries, LLM analysis, web-apps, etc.); facilitate cloud-integrations using tools such as CData Sync, Boomi, and Mulesoft.
  • Partner with system administrators to scope and direct change requests, leveraging vendor development versus in-house development where appropriate
  • As this role become successful, opportunities to architect and implement more complex solutions will be expected and may require this role to oversee other subcontracted developers contributing to the solution
  • Ensure due diligence for solutions including cyber-security, resiliency, scalability, disaster recovery, and compliance.
  • Support the development of other Leo FM team members through open information-sharing and flowing to the work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working at a large consulting firm (Big 4 experience)
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in implementing custom solutions with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and/or work order management systems (e.g., solutions in Salesforce or Dynamics)
  • Broad and deep skillset in software development languages and methodologies - we can't wait to hear about the tech platforms you know and the languages you speak!

Benefits & conditions

Compensation: $180-200k + bonus structure

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education., Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
