Job description

Infosys is seeking an IOS Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.   • Design - Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
  • Development - Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
  • Reviews - Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
  • Testing - Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
  • Implementation - Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
  • Production Support - Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
  • Knowledge management - Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

  • At least 4 years of experience in iOS Development

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Swift and SwiftUI programming languages ., * A minimum of 6 years of experience in iOS development with a proven track record of shipping successful applications.

  • Expertise in Swift and SwiftUI and UiKit programming languages and combine framework.

  • In-depth understanding of modern design patterns like POP, MVVM, and a strong foundation in SwiftUI and Combine.

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and a proven ability to write unit and integration tests.

  • Experience integrating and utilizing third-party libraries and SDKs effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and work within a cross-functional team.

  • A passion for building user-centric and high-quality mobile applications.

  • Good experience in project life cycle activities on development projects.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and backend technologies relevant to mobile development is a plus.

  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

  • Experience in Telecom domain

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment., The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
