Job description

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Business Liaison to support enterprise data initiatives and drive digital transformation. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable data integration solutions in a fast-paced, global delivery environment., * Develop and align application architecture with business and technical requirements

Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions and data integration workflows
Create design artifacts, POCs, and technical documentation
Deliver high-quality code and support peer code reviews
Lead testing efforts including functional, integration, and system testing
Support go-live activities and post-production issue resolution
Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
Conduct impact analysis and ensure timely production support
Lead data integration and data warehouse initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate system changes effectively
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with Informatica IICS (ETL)
3+ years of experience with Snowflake
Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, ODI, or CDATA
Strong SQL and Unix shell scripting skills
Experience with data warehouse and data mart implementations
Knowledge of data integration, data quality, and data architecture
Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling
Familiarity with handling unstructured data
Understanding of Agile development methodologies, * Snowflake certification(s)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
