Job description
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. * Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a master's with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience. * Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript's programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide. * ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA). * Understanding of and support with best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management. * Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners. * Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately. * Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required. * Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation. * Must remain on the client site during Program core hours of 0900-1500.
