Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Technical Administrator to support external stakeholder engagement. This individual will coordinate visit logistics, guide stakeholders through the facility, and support Program Management and Engineering teams by preparing technical presentations, documentation, and visual materials when needed.

This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role that plays a key part in how our plant presents itself to customers, suppliers, executives, and community partners., * Coordinate and schedule all plant tours for customers, suppliers, government officials, community partners, and corporate visitors.

  • Prepare tour agendas, manage calendars, confirm attendance, and ensure all logistics and materials are ready before each visit.
  • Facilitate tours by guiding visitors through designated routes, delivering introductory information, and coordinating interactions with subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to support Program Management and Engineering, including overviews of plant capabilities, process flows, system updates, project summaries, metrics, and customer-facing content.
  • Assist in creating slide decks, diagrams, visual aids, and technical summaries that clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain visitor records, prepare follow-up communications, and gather feedback to enhance future visits.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining documentation, supporting external communication, and assisting with event or meeting coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence speaking to groups and interacting with senior-level stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Copilot, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to learn plant processes, safety protocols, and basic technical concepts to effectively support presentations and guided tours.

  • Professional presence and a customer-service mindset.

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, operations, project coordination, or technical administration.

  • Experience preparing technical presentations, dashboards, or project communication materials.
