Job description

  • Lead, oversee, and coordinate all aspects of intelligence activities for multi-discipline teams, ensuring synchronization and mission success
  • Develop and implement innovative intelligence strategies, processes, and best practices to address evolving threats and operational requirements
  • Advise and support command-level leadership on complex intelligence concepts, risk mitigation, and resource prioritization
  • Mentor, train, and guide intelligence professionals and subordinate experts, fostering growth and operational excellence
  • Produce, review, and present high-quality briefings, reports, and assessments to senior audiences
  • Facilitate interagency and cross-functional collaboration across diverse intelligence domains (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, etc)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines
  • Support deployment requirements; must be willing and able to deploy to austere or high-threat environments as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, National Security, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in intelligence operations, with demonstrable expertise leading multi-discipline intelligence teams
  • Proven subject matter expertise across intelligence disciplines and excellent understanding of the intelligence cycle
  • Strong experience briefing and advising senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Superior communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with intelligence analysis and collaboration tools
  • Must be willing and able to deploy as needed to CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • Must possess a current US passport
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

The proposed salary for this position is:

$98,000 - $162,000 USD
