Senior Systems Analyst

The organization seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to partner with business and engineering teams to deliver digital marketing solutions across client and server technologies. The role requires strong systems analysis, Agile elicitation, and SQL proficiency to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements. You will drive backlog refinement, support product quality, and contribute to scalable, maintainable designs within a fast-paced environment. You will mentor peers on standards and provide support across the product lifecycle as needed., * Champion collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams to design and implement client and server-side solutions.

• Lead Agile requirements elicitation and drive backlog refinement with clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex problems, manage issues, and provide data-driven recommendations and decisions.
• Engage in technical and design discussions to promote scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Encourage and model Agile methodologies across the team.
• Communicate effectively to influence cross-functional teams and navigate the organization to accomplish tasks.
• Mentor analysts on development standards and best practices.
• Provide product support throughout all stages, including on-call support when necessary.

• 5+ years of systems analysis experience.
• Proven experience interviewing stakeholders and extracting high-quality business requirements in Agile scrum environments.
• SQL proficiency.
• Analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and issue management.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial services experience (preferred).
• Prior development or techno-functional experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of Swagger and REST APIs (preferred).

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
