Job description

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client., The Senior .NET Developer will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions. This role requires extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft .NET framework, C#, and associated technologies, along with a deep understanding of software development best practices. The Senior.Net Developer plays a key role in shaping technical strategies and delivering high-quality, scalable applications.

Responsibilities

  • Performs advanced (senior level) computer programming work.
  • Planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects.
  • Provide technical assistance. This includes:
  • Analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the client.
  • Supports the agency's core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Here's What You Need

  • 8 years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
  • 8 years of experience working with software version control experience.
  • 8 years of experience developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites.
  • 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET.
  • 2 years minimum experience with .NET 8.0 and higher.
  • 8 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 8 years of experience developing system documentation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

Minimum Skills:

  • Must possess problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Analyzing and interpreting raw data.
  • Requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Business process improvement and system design.
  • Ability to respond effectively to customers with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe toolsets, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks at any one time.
  • Ability to forge new relationships, individual and teaming in nature.
  • Must be a Self-starter, that can work independently and as part of a team., * 1 year of experience developing and maintaining Python batch scripts.
  • 1 year of experience with Agile Methodology.
  • 1 year of experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting.
  • 1 year of experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems.
  • 1 year of experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query).
  • 1 year of experience developing Java applications.
  • Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations.
  • Knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications., * Professional office environment, with the ability to work on site in the main office in Austin, TX.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time.
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed to meet the demands of this position.
  • Must be able to establish a productive and professional workspace.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time looking at computer screen.
  • May be asked to work a flexible schedule which may include holidays.
  • May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes.
  • May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
