Job description
The IT Technician will be responsible for imaging, reimaging, and deploying Windows-based devices to support end users across the organization. This role focuses on preparing new hardware, refreshing existing devices, and ensuring systems are configured, secured, and ready for use according to standard build processes., Image and configure new Windows laptops and desktops using standard deployment tools and approved images Reimage and refresh existing Windows devices for redeployment or troubleshooting Perform initial device setup including OS configuration, drivers, patches, and required applications Validate device functionality prior to deployment (hardware, connectivity, security policies) Maintain accurate inventory and asset documentation for imaged devices Follow established procedures for device lifecycle management and data handling Escalate issues related to imaging failures, hardware defects, or build discrepancies as needed
Requirements
Experience supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 environments Hands-on experience with device imaging or reimaging processes Basic understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, and operating system configuration Ability to follow documented build procedures and work in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM, Autopilot, or similar imaging solutions Prior experience in a desktop support, deployment, or IT operations role Skills field services, imaging, windows 10, windows 11 Top Skills Details field services, imaging, windows 10, windows 11

This is a Contract position based out of Perry, GA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
