Job description
The Data & Analytics Manager serves as a key liaison between data, reporting, and client service teams. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and interpreting data reports and dashboards while supporting both internal stakeholders and clients with analytics-related questions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, client-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating complex datasets into clear insights. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities., * Create, maintain, and enhance datasets, dashboards, and recurring reports to support both internal operations and client needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to data, metrics, and reporting insights.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Train internal team members and external stakeholders on reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or reporting issues using strong root-cause analysis skills.
- Respond quickly to urgent data requests and adapt to changing business priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, analytics, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, documentation, and data governance best practices.
- Operate as an independent contributor, taking ownership of analytics initiatives and driving projects to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience working with data analytics, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms.
- Proven client-facing experience with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to data integrity and reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify solutions.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with or supporting Target Corporation, retail, or CPG analytics environments.
- Experience supporting sales analytics or retail performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience building dashboards or automated reporting processes.

Salary Range: $160-$200K Plus bonus
