Web Designer

Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a Web Designer for a wellestablished marketing agency. This role focuses on designing modern, highperforming web experiences and applications for a variety of digital products. The ideal candidate is a strong designer first, with bonus points for coding experience or a willingness to grow technically. This is a collaborative, hands-on role working closely with developers and leadership on meaningful software and web projects., * Design intuitive, visually compelling user interfaces for websites, applications, and digital products

• Own the look and feel of webbased platforms and software applications
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to UI standards, component libraries, and design consistency across projects
• Participate in project planning and creative discussions with cross-functional teams
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and technical constraints

• Strong experience in UI and web design
• Solid understanding of modern web design principles and best practices
• Experience designing for applications and software products is a major plus
• Bonus: working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks
• Open to candidates who are:

Work Arrangement

• Candidates must be within approximately a 3-hour radius of Ridgeland, MS
