DevOps Engineer

• Create and maintain terraform scripts to provide automated infrastructure provisioning for Amazon cloud
• Create and modify docker files for existing maven-based Java projects and automate the Continuous integration
• Debug issues related to Unix system related issues such as memory, process and file system.
• Develop shell scripts to automate Continuous integration and continuous deployment process
• Design and develop apigee proxy code for backend Api and automate the deployment of revisions
• Design and develop apigee proxy policies and add to proxy according to requirements and test end-to-end flow
• Debug AWS EKS cluster application issues
• Maintain the existing puppet scripts to automate and maintain infrastructure configuration
• Develop Kubernetes cluster deployment files in yaml format and deploy it in aws EKS (Amazon cloud elastic Kubernetes service) cluster.
• Design and develop deployment patterns for Kubernetes deployment and release frequent changes
• Monitor the AWS application take actions accordingly and automate the applied solution
• Develop python scripts by using aws provided python packages and automate the deployment process.
• Design and create custom dashboards for application performance, cluster performance, cluster issues, and application issues
• Fix logging-related issues in the Kubernetes cluster and implement a robust solution

Education: The minimum qualification required for performing the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
