SAP FI/CO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI/CO Lead to join our dynamic IT and enterprise systems team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration with broader enterprise architecture. Your expertise will drive financial system excellence, support strategic decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of solution architecture, system design, and IT infrastructure, coupled with strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Specialist to bridge Finance, Accounting, and IT functions.
• Strong expertise required in FI modules: GL, AP, AR, Banking, Fixed Assets, Taxation, and SPL.
• Analyze business needs and deliver effective SAP FICO solutions aligned with objectives.
• Configure, test, and implement solutions while supporting enhancements and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, and IT.
• Support SAP integrations with systems like SAP IPM, BW, and BPC.
• Prepare functional specifications and manage RICEFW objects.
• Assist in financial close processes and ensure audit compliance.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support system upgrades (S/4HANA preferred).
