UX Designer

• Independently own the visual and interaction design of large, complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Deliver world-class, pixel-perfect UI that balances sophistication, clarity, and performance in dense enterprise workflows.
• Drive evolution of Asure's design system: author new components and patterns, refine existing ones, and ensure adoption across multiple product teams.
• Partner deeply with product management and engineering leadership to shape roadmaps and define what "great" looks like.
• Proactively identify usability issues, accessibility gaps, and brand inconsistencies; propose and validate solutions through prototypes and testing.
• Produce production-ready specifications and assets; work side-by-side with senior front-end engineers to achieve flawless implementation.
• Lead design critiques, set the quality bar, and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that levels up the entire design organization.
• Act as a force multiplier: champion best practices and help build a stronger design culture.

• 5+ years of product design experience with at least 2+ years focused on complex web-based enterprise SaaS applications.
• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates mastery of visual design, interaction design, and design systems at scale (bonus if it includes HCM, payroll, or financial software).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma; you've built and scaled design systems used by multiple teams.
• Experience creating interactive mockups using Figma Make AI.
• Strong experience conducting user research and testing designs.
• Proven ability to simplify highly complex domains without sacrificing power or compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you influence directors and VPs with clarity and confidence.

The annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience and location., * Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA- All effective on day 1!
