Job description

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Coordinator to manage daily social media activity and help grow our online presence. This role will coordinate content scheduling, monitor engagement, and support marketing campaigns through visually engaging social media graphics and digital content. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement across social channels
  • Track performance metrics and prepare social media analytics reports
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions
  • Design graphics and visual assets for social media posts, stories, and short-form content
  • Collaborate with marketing and multimedia teams to support campaign execution
  • Coordinate patient content initiatives
  • Maintain the social media content calendar
  • Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms or working in digital marketing
  • Portfolio required showcasing social media graphics, campaigns, or content examples
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop
  • Understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify trends and create engaging digital content
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
