- Lead the migration and upgrade of legacy Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems to current supported versions.
- Ensure system security, stability, and performance through proactive maintenance and modernization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan, implement, and validate system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex OS-level issues on both Windows and RHEL environments.
- Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for ongoing operational support.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows OS administration.

Proven track record of successful system upgrades and migrations in enterprise settings.

Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for both Windows and RHEL platforms.

Experience supporting, patching, and securing EOL systems. Preferred Skills

Familiarity with RHEL 8/9 and Windows Server 2019/2022.

Experience working in large, mission-critical IT environments.

Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server).
