Join a dedicated IT team as a Senior Systems Administrator and play a pivotal role in the migration and modernization of critical EOL systems for a leading organization. This position focuses on upgrading and securing legacy Windows and RHEL platforms, ensuring the reliability and performance of core infrastructure.   • Lead the migration and upgrade of legacy Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems to current supported versions.
  • Ensure system security, stability, and performance through proactive maintenance and modernization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to plan, implement, and validate system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex OS-level issues on both Windows and RHEL environments.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for ongoing operational support.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows OS administration.

  • Proven track record of successful system upgrades and migrations in enterprise settings.

  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for both Windows and RHEL platforms.

  • Experience supporting, patching, and securing EOL systems. Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with RHEL 8/9 and Windows Server 2019/2022.

  • Experience working in large, mission-critical IT environments.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA/RHCE, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server).
