Job description
Test Engineer Level 1 is a junior-level role responsible for supporting software and system testing in Linux-based environments. Candidates should have experience with automated testing tools, test documentation, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git/GitLab. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to support mission-focused testing efforts, with RF, SDR, or signals testing experience considered a plus.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux
- Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Git/GitLab
- Automated SW testing tools experience (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, ...)
- Experience with the creation/maintenance of test documentation to include test plans, test cases, test procedures
- Experience with testing in the current IC environments
Desired Skills
- RF Experience
- Software Defined Radio (SDR) Experience
- Signals testing experience, * Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- BS Degree + 2 years exp.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80K - $125K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
