Job description
We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technology support at our Northlake, Texas coffee manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reliable IT operations across the site by supporting end users, maintaining systems, and resolving technical issues quickly and effectively. In this role, you will work closely with plant operations and IT teams to support client devices, plant systems, and network infrastructure while delivering a high level of customer service. This is a fully onsite position supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
- Supporting plant systems, including working with external vendors when needed
- Managing site-level incidents and serving as an escalation point for complex issues
- Ensuring cybersecurity compliance through system updates, patching, and maintenance
- Configuring and deploying equipment for new hires and onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate hardware inventory and managing equipment lifecycle
- Collaborating with IT and business partners to improve processes and system performance
- Documenting systems, processes, and resolutions to support ongoing operations
Important Details:
- This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Northlake, Texas coffee plant
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with both office and plant floor interaction
Requirements
- The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $63,500 to $95,300 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay
You'll fit right in if you have:
- Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- Six or more years of experience supporting computer and network systems in a Microsoft environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Windows domain environments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to support a diverse user bas
