Job description
- Build automation scripts for web, mobile (Appium), and API testing
- Create test data, test plans, test cases; execute tests & manage defects/triage
- Ensure test environment readiness and manage dependencies
- Support test automation strategy and roadmap for team autonomy
- Collaborate with business & tech teams to refine requirements
- Review requirements and define test strategy, plans & use cases
- Re-evaluate test plans based on risks, priorities & timelines
- Lead end-to-end UAT for features and user experience
- Maintain evergreen automation suite & test data alignment
Requirements
- Automation & coding in Java; build/execute tests within automation frameworks
- Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, Cucumber (BDD), JUnit
- Mobile testing: iOS & Android + Mobile automation
- API automation: Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman, Smart Spec
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2
- Bug/defect tools: Jira, HP ALM/QC
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, QA methodologies
- Data conditioning & test data management
- Java & JavaScript proficiency
- 2+ yrs TSYS consumer banking / credit card domain experience
