Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Engineer (Lead/Architect) with a minimum of 7 years of handson experience in fullstack development, cloud engineering, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of leading development efforts, designing modules endtoend, mentoring team members, and owning delivery from development through deployment. This is a customerfacing onsite role with significant leadership responsibilities and collaboration with both onsite and offshore teams., * Serve as the Java Full Stack Lead/Architect, providing technical direction and handson expertise.
- Participate in meetings with key business stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements.
- Design application modules independently and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies and perform all sprintrelated technical activities.
- Own the endtoend delivery of assigned user stories/features from development through deployment.
- Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical issues for the team.
- Communicate effectively with both onsite and offshore stakeholders.

Requirements
Previous experience in the airline industry is highly desirable. Additional Requirements Must work from the customer s office at least three times per week.
