Job description

- Install and deploy hardware components.
- Install and deploy software applications.
- Image and configure machines using SCCM
- Structure user workstations.
- Transport a work system to a new location.
- Switch to a different workstation system.
- Alter the end user.
- Install additional hardware
- Install additional software
- Alter the existing hardware configuration
- Update installed software
- Customize software settings
- Uninstall unused software
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
Additional responsibilities
- Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.
- Act as the liaison between Zones' team and the customer.
- Follow specific instructions provided by the customer
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree and/or 4+ years experience with PC systems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience imaging machines with SCCM.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrate active listening skills with ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation.
- Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customer
- Ability to lift 50 lb
