Job description

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Consulting Project Senior Consultant to join our Federal Critical Support team within Oracle Health Consulting. In this role, you will support the management and execution of projects focused on resolving complex technical and program challenges faced by our federal clients. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing detailed project plans, and driving execution in a highly structured and regulated environment. You will work closely with multiple Oracle Health teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of project objectives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: *

  • Support the creation and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and staffing requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts, to drive project execution and issue resolution
  • Track and manage all project-related activities, deliverables, and documentation with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and changes to stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings across multiple Oracle Health teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint artifacts
  • Ensure adherence to established operational processes and enforce project governance standards
  • Drive implementation efforts by providing direction, accountability, and follow-through across project teams

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and track multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint for documentation and reporting
  • Ability to operate independently and drive execution in fast-paced environments

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management, consulting, or healthcare IT environments
  • Familiarity with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions preferred
  • Experience supporting federal clients (VA/DoD) preferred
  • Required travel up to 25%
  • US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
