Senior Platform Engineer

• Responsibilities. Responsible for designing and architecting the solutions for the software development problem to be delivered by the team. Participate in troubleshooting client reported incidents and performing RCAs. Use technical expertise to review team's work to ensure delivery of high-quality code. Contribute towards grooming the features to be developed and assigning tasks to the Platform Engineers of the team. Inspire and engage the team in order to deliver next generation platform to the clients. Contribute to ADP's fully featured HCM platform. Involvement in development and maintenance of software code.

You'll be curious, persistent, and at times persuasive., * Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field of study plus two (2) years of related experience required.

• Work Experience. One (1) year of experience must include: Writing Javascript code; Developing enterprise grade software; Developing software at scale; Cloud providers including AWS; Robust testing strategies employing test strategies at multiple layers (including unit, integration, function, manual, and automated end to end tests); Interfacing with product members to help design features; NodeJS; GO; Kubernetes; Front end development with ReactJS; Working with Relational and NoSQL databases; and Ability to break down problems and come up with system design & architecture for the solution approach., * Have courageous team collaboration. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $132,585.00 - USD $190,200.00 / Year*
