Front End Developer (HTML & CSS)

If so, we are the perfect place for you to excel!, The Frontend Web Developer role focuses on implement, building and optimizing the Codekeeper website and application, and ensuring a user friendly experience for all visitors. The current tech stack for this position requires proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, Query, Bootstrap, Jekyll and React, with the potential to expand as new technologies become available to the industry. The responsibilities of this position will require close collaboration with the Design and Marketing teams., * Web Implementation: Implementing new user-facing elements and pages for the company website. Ensure design consistency and align web development with our brand identity.

• Code Quality: Ensure that all web design and code is responsive, cross-browser compatible, SEO-friendly, and adheres to best practices for web standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to implement and improve the website. Incorporate feedback to consistently enhance website performance and user experience.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot website issues, and optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Keep the website up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Regularly test the website for issues and fix any discovered bugs.
• Content Management: Update and manage website content regularly, working with the Jekyll static site generator.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Javascript and core concepts
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in HTML5, SCSS
• 2+ years of experience with React
• 2+ years of experience with modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS development
• Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap and Jekyll
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail. A keen eye for aesthetics and UX design
• Passionate about software development
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies

Beneficial experience:

• Experience with data visualization frameworks such as Chartjs, Google Charts, etc.
