Application Support Supervisor

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist for a leader in the innovative packaging industry. Looking for this person to serve as the primary architect and administrator for NetSuite ERP. In this role, you aren't just answering help tickets; you are driving the value of our financial and business systems across multiple manufacturing locations. If you have a deep mastery of NetSuite and a passion for optimizing business workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you., + Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support. Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and complex workflows to meet evolving business requirements.

• Design and implement integration strategies for seamless data flow between NetSuite and 3rd-party applications. Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks and conduct data validation checks.
• Develop and maintain in-depth dashboards, saved searches, and operational reports (Power BI/EDA) to provide actionable insights for functional leaders.
• Build and maintain proper system permissions and role-based access. Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards and audit recommendations.
• Review NetSuite upgrades, assess impact on customizations, and implement performance optimizations to drive efficiency across the organization.

• At least 5 years of hands-on NetSuite experience. You must be an expert in creating dashboards, custom fields, saved searches, and complex workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business management major (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (SuiteScript knowledge is highly preferred).
• Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into effective business solutions and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to be on-call for system support as needed.
