Job description

Serve as a business partner to leadership in Commercial Sales, Commercial Strategy, Commercial Operations and ETP in providing data resources for increasing effectiveness of market strategies; provides information and support to leadership for high level strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications., * Manage and set standards for Business Intelligence team regarding report execution and tracking, program measure and evaluation, supplier analysis, stakeholder review, retail analytics, business insights, and ad hoc reporting

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions through data analytics
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives on the design, selection, and implementation of business intelligence applications
  • Translate documented project requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for Business Intelligence reports and applications
  • Responsible for the proper execution of corporate and supplier program execution
  • Internal expert for Consumer Insight Analytics and market trends
  • Manage SGWS resources to design multi-dimensional models, including the construction of Data Views and Reports
  • Provide and advise leadership on data-driven solutions addressing business opportunities
  • Create and update project plans to report the progress to all stakeholders
  • Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision-making capabilities
  • Work with and direct the IT project teams on efficient project resolution
  • Create ad-hoc queries & reports as requested and provide on-going analytical support for these requests

  • Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative by participating in necessary activities including data profiling
  • Determine testing needed to assure the functionality and integrity of reporting solutions, conduct testing and evaluate testing results recommending and/or taking corrective action as necessary
  • Establish, implement and monitor reporting and documentation standards to ensure uniformity throughout the organization
  • Evaluate and direct the implementation of security models that ensure compliance
  • Configuration and implementation of software upgrades
  • Conduct high-level analytical support for requested reporting

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supervising experience?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor s Degree and five years of experience or equivalent education and related experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics and/or Sales Forecasting
  • Two years of direct supervisory experience

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
