Job description

  • Lead and support migration from Avaya PBX systems to:
  • Microsoft Teams VoIP
  • Cisco Unified Communications platforms
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain enterprise VoIP solutions in production environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless migration and deployment
  • Support Webex Contact Center implementations and integrations
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of voice systems
  • Perform troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of VoIP infrastructure
  • Work with stakeholders across departments for large-scale transformation initiatives, * CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
  • Cisco Call Manager

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced VoIP Engineer to support large-scale migration initiatives from legacy Avaya telephony systems to modern platforms including Microsoft Teams VoIP and Cisco Unified Communications. This role requires deep technical expertise in voice systems, hands-on migration experience, and the ability to work across enterprise-level environments., * 5+ years experience migrating from Avaya to Microsoft Teams VoIP

  • 10+ years experience migrating from Avaya to Cisco VoIP solutions
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise VoIP systems in production environments
  • Strong consulting or implementation background in telephony solutions
  • Experience supporting large-scale voice system migrations

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
  • Experience with enterprise telephony systems
