Production Test Engineer

Our mission is to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance, contributing to the safety and success of missions worldwide., As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in support of our product line. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities.
• Conducting tester certification and calibration.
• Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets.
• Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures.
• Populating test logs and data sheets.
• Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL).
• Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies.
• Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).

• Familiarity with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipment, etc.

• Be experienced with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools

• Adherence to quality procedures within the Product Test organization

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of digital circuitry

• Knowledge of circuitry equipment: Oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high frequency measurements, testing, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, perform root cause analysis down to component level

• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration., Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $70,100 - $123,625. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
