The Intelligence Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Technical Lead - Cyber Intelligence Operations to work in our Linthicum, MD location. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your cyber intelligence expertise in support of a U.S. Government partner conducting advanced investigative and analytical operations. In this mission, we provide comprehensive operational, analytical, and technical support to enable mission success across cyber investigations and national-level intelligence initiatives. You will lead a team of analysts and technical experts conducting complex cyber analysis in support of high-priority national security objectives. Contract Status: Proposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.

What you'll be doing:

The Technical Lead conducts and oversees comprehensive research and analysis on complex cyber intelligence issues using diverse sources and methodologies. This includes in-depth research utilizing open-source intelligence, classified reporting, technical telemetry, stakeholder consultations, and data analysis to support investigative and operational priorities. Responsibilities include identifying emerging threats, trends, and vulnerabilities while maintaining accurate and defensible analytical records.

The Technical Lead manages complex analytical projects from start to finish, developing project plans, assigning tasks, and managing timelines and dependencies. This role establishes technical methodologies for collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring intelligence products meet operational requirements. The individual engages stakeholders to gather mission requirements, provide technical recommendations, and represent program capabilities in collaborative forums. They prepare serialized intelligence products, operational reports, and executive briefings while facilitating technical consensus across partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience leading technical or intelligence analysis teams. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience supporting all-source cyber intelligence operations
  • Experience using intelligence analysis methodologies (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT integration)
  • Experience developing cyber investigative methodologies
  • Experience writing serialized intelligence products and operational reports
  • Experience managing project scope, cost, risk, and schedule
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clearance Needed:

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Intelligence Community missions.
  • Experience analyzing Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) actors.
  • Familiarity with interagency coordination processes.
