Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 8 years of experience or a Masters degree and 3-5 years of experience in Java and .NET technologies
- Manages and provides software development support using format specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques and performs systems modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains software installations that meet user and business requirements
- Make recommendations and implements technology upgrades and business-specific enhancements to existing systems resulting in improved system efficiencies and performance
- OOA/OOD knowledge
- Strong understanding of software development patterns and best practices
- 8+ year experience with J2EE frameworks and full life cycle N-tier software development from conceptual design to implementation including the following technologies:
- JBOSS
- HTML4/5
- XML
- JDBC
- CSS
- JavaScript
- SQL
- Struts
- Spring
- Angular
- JQuery
- Hibernate
- Aspose
- JSF
- RichFaces
- Experience with one or more industry standard Java IDEs - Eclipse, JDeveloper
- Good experience with Web Service development
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET/C#, .NET framework 4.0+, Web forms, Visual Studio
- Strong understanding of relational database architecture
- Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience using Team Foundation server and/or JIRA is desirable
- Experience in PL/SQL development a plus
- Experience with CM process and version control tools
- Problem-solving, goal-oriented, willing to learn, with good coding skill and engineering intuition
- Positive attitude toward work and other people, team player
- Must have good communication skills and comfortable interacting with multiple teams and customers
- Candidate must successfully pass a government MBI background investigation. (Previous background investigation (NACI) or clearance is a plus)
