Job description
We are seeking a Procurement Proxy Product Owner for our team in Geneva to define, prioritize, and deliver value-driven solutions for procurement systems and processes, ensuring effective coordination between business stakeholders and operational execution in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Your Mission
- Collaborate with the core Product Owner and procurement stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Assist in documenting and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements for procurement-related features and enhancements.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog for procurement initiatives.
- Help break down epics into smaller, manageable user stories and ensure backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for implementation.
- Facilitate communication between procurement business users, the core Product Owner, and the development team.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the development team for day-to-day clarifications on requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) alongside or on behalf of the Product Owner.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure developed solutions meet the defined requirements and acceptance criteria., * Contribute to impactful and innovative engineering projects across the Netherlands.

Requirements
- Experience in procurement operations, product ownership, or a related field.
- Proficiency with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Sirion, or similar ERP modules).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in documenting requirements and validating solutions.
- English fluent. French is a plus.
