Job description
The mission of the CTO Office PMO is to effectively enable data-driven decision-making within the larger organization, by ensuring that the right decisions are being made by the right people, at the right time, and with the right data., * Work closely with PMs and engineering stakeholders to design and implement web-based project workflows and communications via web pages and dashboards.
- Interview stakeholders to define requirements.
- Document requirements and proposed solutions and review with team members and stakeholders as part of acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
- Use technologies within the Seagate IT infrastructure such as (but not limited to) SharePoint, O365, Lucid Chart, Jira, Smartsheet, Power Automate, and Tableau.
- Work with our partners and stakeholders, within R&PD and in other business functions, through services and activities including:
- Efficiency improvements including data/workflow automation, budget/spend tracking tools, and lean process improvements.
- Data analysis and visualization, presenting complex quantitative data as meaningful information, using tools like Alteryx and Tableau
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Visual design and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to document requirements and work with stakeholders to refine and get approval.
- Aptitude for learning and using low-code applications and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet).
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field., * Projects automating data flows, workflows, single-source, communications, or other repeatable tasks and information.
- Demonstrated experience with low-code applications and workflows.
- Familiarity or aptitude with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Planner or Power Automate.
- Basic experience working with data sets, such as combining information from different sources, checking for simple issues like missing or duplicate values, while preserving accuracy and consistency.

- Vision insurance, The estimated base salary range for this position is $64,000-$106,00.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
