- System Ownership: Act as the primary lead for the enhancement and maintenance of internal enterprise solutions, including billing platforms, subscription management, and support tools.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between internal departments and the technical team. Your "customers" are your colleagues; you will perform deep discovery and gather requirements directly from internal business units.
- Technical Documentation: Produce high-fidelity documentation, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, database structures, and UI requirements (specifically for Angular-based environments) for the engineering and QA teams.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term vision for internal tools, prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead the delivery of complex projects, including a major upcoming integration of ERP and e-commerce platforms for our international divisions.
- Agile Execution: Function as a Scrum Product Owner and Business Analyst as needed, managing sprints and providing "Go/No-Go" decisions for software releases.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Product Management/Development with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams.
- Technical Focus: Proven track record managing Business Systems (ERP, CRM, Billing).
- Software Knowledge: Strong preference for candidates with Microsoft Dynamics experience (Salesforce experience will also be considered). Familiarity with Zuora and e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is a significant plus.
- Communication: Must possess elite verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to C-suite executives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
Benefits & conditions
- Location: Hybrid (3 days per week) in the Sacramento, CA metro area.
- Relocation: A comprehensive relocation package is available for non-local talent, including a $3,500 stipend plus professional moving services.
- Eligibility: Full-time applicants only. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
- Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus ($132,500 - $143,750 Total Target Cash).
