Job description
- Deploy, manage and optimize enterprise scalable wireless network solutions.
- Conduct predictive, passive and active wireless surveys using tools such as Ekahau.
- Perform Wireless Spectrum and Packet Capture Analysis
- Create wireless network operational maps and supporting documentation.
- Implement Enterprise wireless security protocols such as 802.1x and RADIUS.
- Install and configure Cisco Identity Services Engine solutions.
- Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and system improvements.
- Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades.
- Global responsibility for a variety of environments such as warehouses, manufacturing and office buildings
- Complete IT operational tasks, project, and technical support duties as assigned.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage a complex and diverse environment of Juniper Mist & Cisco Wireless technologies.

Resolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology, provide Tier 2 support.

Design, deploy, and manage 802.1X policies and their dependencies using Cisco ISE.

Lead large Enterprise IT projects and collaborate with project teams.

Assist with architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology.

Liaison with vendors, partners, and external resources.

Ability to train other staff on technical operations.

Subject matter expert on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of multiple computer infrastructure hardware/software solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of PKI principles, protocols, and standards.
- Experience with certificate management tools (e.g., Microsoft CA, OpenSSL, Entrust).
- Computer infrastructure-centered certifications required; network related preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Local and Wide Area network design and methodologies.
- Experience with servers, virtualization, and storage systems, * High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience required
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise level network design and support.
- CWNP highly preferred
- relevant industry certifications required.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC servers, workstations, and laptops. Telecommunication equipment, cell phones and smart phones. Microsoft and Apple environment. Work with standard current computer applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. MS Office 365, SQL server, Oracle, Cloud Solutions, and partner software applications.
