The Security Engineer / AI Agent Builder is responsible for designing, securing, and deploying agentic AI systems that operate safely within enterprise environments. This role blends security engineering, threat modeling, and applied AI system development-ensuring that intelligent agents operate reliably, securely, and in alignment with organizational policies.
Your Role
- Build agents for the current Enterprise AI Hub
- Prototype, develop, and integrate agents into the platform
- Collaborate with architects on embedding security controls
- Rapid POC creation, API integration, and orchestration logic design
Requirements
- Experience with agent frameworks, orchestration, retrieval pipelines, tool-calling models
- Knowledge of and experience with 'Account to Account' (A2A) payment systems
- Strong in Python, API integrations, vector stores, workflow tools
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS AI stacks, LangChain, Guardrails, evaluation frameworks
- Ability to create working agent prototypes from ambiguous requirements
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $94,248 - $215,050.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
