Job description
- Lead and mentor a team of Android engineers to deliver high-quality applications
- Oversee the implementation of modular, scalable, and efficient code
- Architect and ensure adherence to MVVM or CLEAN design principles for maintainable codebases
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define app requirements and features
- Utilize Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to develop and enhance application functionality
- Apply Dependency Injection for optimizing application structure and testing
- Implement Reactive Programming methods such as RxJava or coroutines for managing complex tasks
- Ensure user-friendly interfaces following Material Design guidelines
- Perform code reviews to maintain high development standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance
- Communicate effectively and align team efforts with project and organizational goals
- Stay informed on emerging Android development trends and technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development with 2+ years in a lead role
- Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Dependency Injection
- Understanding of MVVM and CLEAN architectural patterns
- Proficiency in Reactive Programming, including RxJava or coroutines
- Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and their application in UI/UX
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
- Competency in guiding teams and delivering high-impact projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with professional-level English (B2 or higher)
