• Experience managing multiple projects with full SDLC ownership
• Strong experience in scope, risk, and change management
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA processes, and defect tracking
• Experience working in matrixed environments, * Experience with State Government / HHS programs
• PMP & CSM certifications (required/preferred)
• Experience with MS Project, Visio, and other PM tools
