Job description
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains., * Develop, execute, and maintain system-level test plans, procedures, and scripts for PCS
- Perform system integration testing across hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues to root cause and resolution
- Generate system test artifacts including test procedures, reports, and verification documentation
- Develop test fixtures, diagnostic tools, and automated or semi-automated test solutions
- Execute functional, environmental, operational, and performance testing
- Support lab, integration, and field test events as required
- Ensure compliance with applicable military, quality, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with software, systems, and hardware engineering teams to close test gaps
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience OR + years of experience
- Active Secret clearance required to start
- Experience
- System testing and validation of complex defense or aerospace systems
- Hardware/software integration testing at the system level
- Technical Skills
- Test procedure development and execution
- System troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Test documentation and verification artifacts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Payload Control Systems (PCS) or comparable combat/mission systems
- Advanced defense platforms and payload integration
- DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System)
- Automated test tools and scripting languages
- Development of test fixtures and diagnostic programs
- Background of:

Former U.S. Navy Fire Control Technician (FT) o Experience on Virginia, Seawolf, Ohio, or 688-class submarines

Hands-on experience with, + Working knowledge of Navy combat systems maintenance practices
