Job description

  • Own the Costpoint Cloud product experience for key Costpoint features: define how features should function in SaaS, document expected behaviors, identify gaps, and drive improvements with engineering and operations.
  • Partner with Costpoint Product Management to align on the functional roadmap and translate upcoming capabilities into cloud-ready requirements (serviceability, scalability, automation, and support readiness).
  • Own and maintain customer-facing and partner-facing documentation for Costpoint Cloud (e.g., SaaS Admin Guide, knowledge base articles, onboarding/welcome materials), ensuring accuracy with every release and operational change.
  • Define and continuously improve the service request and support experience: create/update service request catalog items, align workflows and automation with Operations, and ensure supporting KB content is current.
  • Drive customer communications in partnership with Marketing and Services (release notifications, operational changes, and customer-impacting process updates), validating accuracy and timing.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for cloud feature questions and customer-impacting issues, coordinating across CSMs, TAMs, Support, Cloud Ops, and Product/Engineering to drive resolution and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years supporting SaaS/cloud products (ERP preferred), with demonstrated ownership of feature outcomes from discovery through launch and operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes and the ability to explain how product features work end-to-end in a cloud/SaaS delivery model (including operational impacts, limitations, and support considerations).
  • Experience working in regulated or security-conscious environments; familiarity with frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and ITAR is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to produce and maintain customer-facing documentation (admin guides, KB articles, release communications) that is accurate, clear, and release-aligned.
  • Proven ability to partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and partner teams to enable successful customer outcomes (training, talk tracks, FAQs, RFP/proposal inputs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate ambiguous customer/operational needs into actionable requirements and prioritized work.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, including effective partnership with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Support, Security/GRC, Customer Success, and Delivery.
