We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for our client. This role functions as a servant leader, guiding teams in the effective use of Scrum, Agile values, and best practices. The Scrum Master will coach delivery teams, partner with stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional decision-making, and ensure alignment between product priorities and delivery activities. The ideal candidate will support multiple teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Owners to build and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead multiple product teams, monitoring progress and removing barriers to delivery.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support product development throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Foster self-organization, collaboration, and decision-making across teams.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient practices.
  • Communicate initiative-level status updates, metrics, and progress to senior leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Agile and Product communities to strengthen adoption and best practices.
  • Inspire team members through leadership, accountability, and adherence to Agile principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with a focus on customer delivery or client-facing roles
  • Experience in the life & annuity industry
  • Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

The base range for this contract position is $65.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
