Software Engineer 2 - Data Engineering & Platform

A client of Insight Global's in Cherry Creek is looking to hire a software engineer to join their backend development. In this role you will be responsible for building data pipelines, maintaining current pipelines, and writing algorithms that support their core advertising platforms (DSP, SSP, & ACR). The ideal candidate for this role has 3 years of experience in backend software development or data engineering using spark, data bricks, and AWS.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

• 3 Years of Experience as a backend software engineering or data engineering building data structures, pipelines, and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience building pipelines using apache spark
• 3 years of experience in databricks and using apache airflow for orchestration.
• Proficiency working in AWS as a cloud platform.
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts and proficiency in Low-Level Design (LLD).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in Adtech or Martech
