Job description
· Plan, coordinate, and support the technical aspects of infrastructure, utility, and asset management-related projects from concept through implementation.
· Serve as a project point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment of goals and project deadlines.
· Prepare, clean, and organize large datasets to support accurate analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
· Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform project planning and optimization.
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, quality checks, and standardized processes.
· Contribute to civil planning efforts for utility and infrastructure improvement projects, including evaluation of existing conditions and proposed upgrades.
· Utilize GIS and mapping platforms to support project analysis, visualization, and identification of improvement opportunities.

Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a four-year college or university.
· EI (Engineer-In-Training) certificate or similar, or capable of achieving within 6 months.
· 0 to 3 years of civil engineering, data analysis, or related experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.· Proficiency with GIS applications and platforms (desktop and online).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Demonstrate ability to analyze complex situations, identify core issues, and evaluate multiple solutions.
· Thinking creatively to generate innovative solutions and approaches.
· Being able to make timely and effective decisions based on available information and analysis.
· Experience with building and sustaining strong team relationships.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000/year. Compensation will vary based upon relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
