Job description

  • Collaborate with customers to design, integrate, and optimize product applications within their production lines.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide technical recommendations for optimal product selection and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with R&D to drive product improvements and new feature development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with automation, robotics, or industrial machinery.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support, applications, or pre-sales engineering role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency with relevant industrial technologies (e.g., PLCs, HMI, SCADA, robotics, vision systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and presentations., * Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming
  • Proficiency in advanced simulation or analysis software (e.g., FEA, CFD)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, Power BI)
